Art Yard is delighted to be part of London Cocktail Week, the world’s greatest celebration of cocktail culture. The 11 day city-wide festival is dedicated to specially created signature cocktails made in London’s best bars. Cocktail aficionados can purchase a London Cocktail Week wristband for £20 giving them access to £8 Signature Cocktails in more than 200 of the best bars in London, Art Yard being one of them.
From 03-13 October 2024 Art Yard will be offering their ‘Art Yard Elixir’ cocktail, inspired by a collaboration with their Summer artists in residence, the husband-and-wife artist duo Amy Shackleton and Julian Brown. It draws on organic forms and the architectural precision in the artists’ works, resulting in a refreshing cocktail that combines earthy, sweet, and tangy flavours of nature. London Kew Gin and natural ingredients such as homemade spinach syrup, honey from the hotel’s rooftops, and spirulina powder have been carefully chosen to achieve this nutrient-packed cocktail with a green hue and subtle oceanic undertone.
This artistic serve comes on a coaster featuring Shackleton’s Forest Square artwork, which can be scanned to explore a 3D augmented reality experience.
